Carnmarth Hotel C Bar, Newquay

A main contractor was building the extension to the hotel and we were brought in for the internal fitting out.

We had to build new walls to form fire escape routes with Pyro fire glass used in feature walls and doors.
The floor had to come up and be lowered to match the new extension levels.

We fitted new ceilings dropped by 450mm from existing with three inset circles and one oval all illuminated with pink rope light. Included were two main bars and one reception desk the carcases being built off-site. The front of the bars, desk and feature fire place which had a plasma TV built in were all tiled in natural stone strip.

This project was finished in 28 days - one day ahead of schedule.
This was achievable due to a hard working team and the Project Management skills required co-ordinating such a considerable amount of work to fit it into a very small time frame.
 
The team has not changed except we are now independent. During this project we were working through a main contractor.
