St Austell Golf Club

This has been our first design and build project. All drawings and layouts have been done inhouse. We submitted a full presentation, with samples of all the materials to be used. Along with the detailed drawings we supplied full artist's drawings for those who can not see the finished article from working drawings.

The build has been a complete sucess. we handed over the main bar in four weeks on time, and the dining room followed after a further two weeks as prommised.

The club have supplied their own furniture to finish off a very sucessful six weeks.

ln2build provided the Design, Project Management and build a complete package all at the end of one phone line.
