New Roof, Truro

We first met the management team at Robertson’s Developments when we were working on Xen Noodle bar in Truro. They had built the unit and we were fitting out the ground floor area. 

They were putting up another office block on the Malpas road, our job was the truss roof. A very good build as the roof had everything in it. There was a gable end, two hip ends, valleys, mono trusses, compound trusses and fink trusses, with continues fascia boards and soffits.

Everything was lifted up by crane and lowered into place. All went like clockwork with the help from John the foreman and his team. 

The premises is known as Osprey House and is occupied by Stephens & Scown Solicitors.
