With a full width sectional panelled garage door to the front.

We started this one with strip foundations and uncovered an old soak away so we had to bring in a structural engineer to design a raft foundation.
The raft had nearly enough steel in to rebuild the Tamar Bridge.

Single 150 block walls construction with two coats of water proof rendering outside, sponge finished.
Internal block work face pointed.

uPVC personal door and two uPvc windows at the workshop end.

Gravel path at the rear with a small retaining wall on the garden side.
